Wow. That was great!
One heck of an entertaining matchup this morning between the Tigers and Dees. The Tigers came out and punched the Dees right in the mouth with two quick goals, but the Dees righted the ship, and DOMINATED the 2nd qtr, not looking back. They were paced by two goals a piece by Alyssa Bannon, Kate Hore and Tayla Harris, and Karen Paxman's 23 disposals. They were without five players in their top 21, and after their early hiccup hit their stride.
Lots of great things to see on the Tigers side as well. Mon Conti is a STAR. Katie Brennan is one of the most dependable players in the comp, and Gabbi Seymour had a stellar game, staying on the ground in the ruck for the entire game. Another solid piece of evidence demonstrating just how good this comp is becoming. Good on ya, Dees!
