Grew up in Canberra, ACT, Australia. Played footy for Eastlake FC as a junior. Moved to Brisbane, QLD at 13. Continued to play for Kenmore Bears FC and Sherwood FC. A couple of rep involvements in teen years (Met West, Lions academy). Avid lover of AFL. Supported Geelong growing up. Favourite player growing up was Gary Ablett Jnr.
Due to multiple injuries (Broken hand at 15, broken wrist at 16 and shoulder reconstruction at 17), stopped playing Aussie Rules for a few years.
Got a job as an 18 year old with the Brisbane Lions. Football analyst trainee. Worked full time for the Lions in 2016 for one year. Mainly working in player and opposition analytics.
After traineeship ended, tried to play footy again. Moved back to Canberra in 2018 to play for original club Eastlake FC. Another shoulder injury saw the end of my playing time.
Joined Prokick Australia in 2019 to try to earn a punting/kicking scholarship in USA. Committed to Southern Mississippi in April 2020. Played two seasons at Southern Miss & then two seasons at Union Commonwealth University Bulldogs.
Now, having moved back to Australia, accepted a coaching role at Coorparoo Kings FC (QAFL) in Brisbane for 2026. Reserves team forwards coach and senior analyst.
